1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sleeping bags

  • Personal care items (e.g., towels, water bottles)

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Since we operate Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued as store credit or product exchange once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.
