At Trek Purra, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality camping, hiking, and travel gear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Sleeping bags

• Personal care items (e.g., towels, water bottles)

• Clearance or final sale items

3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

• Since we operate Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued as store credit or product exchange once the returned item is inspected and approved.

• Store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.
